Shine On Me

These wonders of Pedro Garcia sandals embellished in Swarowski crystals are like made and designed for my feet and are finally landing in my shoe collection any time soon. I’ve drooled over them since forever, and now they are on sale. Woop! It doesn’t hurt that the soles are very much comfortable. No need to suffer for beauty!

Pretty Pink

Mom recently came home with this powder pink blouse in the most delicate fabric. The risk is that it might end up in my closet instead. I really fell for the embroidery sleeve details. Pretty pretty as a dove!

Zip Down Zip Up

Tried dressing down my silky pencil skirt with a casual gray t-shirt (actually it’s one of my favorite t-shirts to sleep in) at work today. Love the zipper detail of the skirt. Now mission find something to wear out tonight. Enjoy whatever you’re doing! ;)

Special Place In Hell

Saturday, July 24th, 2010

While Linn hopes they serve cava in hell (I hope so too), others claim there is a special place in hell for fashion bloggers.  I’m not sure I want to end up there anyways, but if karma has a say I might go for the cava’s sake. Any how, to avoid my special place in hell I’m considering expanding this blog to more than mainly fashion and mayyyybe switch to Norwegian. Yay or totally nay?!

Balenciaga Classic

The Balenciaga Classic bag in straw is the perfect summer bag. I like how they used the details from the Motorcycle bags. Miroslava Duma looks great in this summer-ish outfit, even as a pregnant woman she pulls off her great style. And she obviously really loves her Ray-Ban Persols – don’t know the last time I’ve seen her with sunglasses and without them.

Fjorden Baby

Spent parts of Saturday and Sunday in Oslofjorden with my favorite boys and Heidi and Martine. Grilling, chilling, drinking, tanning, boating, water-skiing and bathing. Some preferred doing the latter activity in the middle of the night. Fun for everyone!

Oslo Live 2010

Sunday, July 18th, 2010

Photos: Private & Charlott

Before I went on a little spontaneous get away yesterday I had my two days dose of Oslo Live on Thursday and Friday. A-Trak was fun! Then I hang out with the Crystal Castles boys between the shows (ok, they just wanted to take a picture with me. True story!) and then I ended Thursday night with Scissors Sisters and some more dancing out. Friday was dusky rain, pouring rain and my Swedish heroes Kent on the stage performing the songs I hold so dear.

P.S. Summer equals extra doses of socializing and fun, so I hope you don’t mind the increase of my personal life posts lately. All the fashion related will come in time.

Acne Admire

Look what arrived at work this week? These much blogged Acne AW2010 goodies. My colleagues basically think they are too eccentric with the back to the 90′s rave feeling. I think they are sci-fi-stic awesome, perfectly rare and really really high. Not sure if I can run in stairs with these.

Simply Hayley Ann

Randomly stumbled upon Simply Hayley Ann‘s blog and instantly fell in love with her long beautiful hair along with her perfectly cute style! The quirky color combos are very my cup of Long Island Ice Tea. You can’t even start imagine how envy I am of her sailor dress. Too cute!

Peach

My adventures the last few days should absolutely be censored, so no sharing here on the wide-o internet. But I will share with you what I wore yesterday. The peachy silk trousers are one of my favorites at the moment. I should stock up with ten pairs actually. Perfectly comfortable worn with bustier and lace tank over.

Music to go: ‘Louis La Roche – Peach‘. Oldie, but definitely goldie! Actually the whole EP is priceless.

Jelly Feet

The sale recently started where I work and I got home with a pair of transparent jelly sandals by Michael Kors. Feels like I’m wearing no shoes. Like magic!

Hovefestivalen 2010

Wednesday, July 7th, 2010

Photos: Private, Martine & Heidi

Ok, it’s time for a wrap. Hove was the shit. I came home with over 500 photos on my memory card, 155 photos published in one album on Facebook, plus minus the photos my friends shot. Here’s a collage of some of our moments in Arendal and at Hovefestivalen. I will miss you. See you next year!

Bye Bye Arendal

Tuesday, July 6th, 2010

Photos: Martine

Left Arendal city with a teary eye on Sunday. I’m going to miss the lazy sunny days, waking up to a house full of hungover but happy faces, expanding my life with 50 years extra due to constant laughter, the inside jokes, the cold beers every hour of the day, the pool in our garden, the concerts who blew me away, the boys holding my hand, enjoying the sunrise to a glass of cava and good company and all in all the good times.

Natalieology has gone into Arendal/Hove modus. Expect a few more posts, and it will return to normal soon.

Hove Day Four

Sunday, July 4th, 2010

Photos: Private

Last day of Hovefestivalen on Friday ended with a BAM! A night full of fun, amongst other Vampire Weekend, Hello Kitty Pez frenzy, Karpe Diem, new silk trousers soaked in beer, Arcade Fire, inside jokes beyond inside jokes, Fuck Buttons and of course my best girls. Now I’m not touching alcohol for a few days.

Hove Day Three

Friday, July 2nd, 2010

I forgot to report day two. Probably too busy having fun with Biffy Clyro, Florence + The Machine, Dizzie Rascal and Simian Mobile Disco. ;) Day three went naturally down yesterday. I even found a fellow yellow with similar denim vest. Woop!
